The Powder Tower PragueMy trip, started in Venice Italy, took a flight to Prague on Wizz Air, its a budget airline. Prague to Vienna and onward to Budapest by train.

Prague, Czech Republic. One of the most beautiful cities in the world.

In Prague, Found a Hotel Room 5 Minutes from the Old Town Square and was off to explore the city. Old Town Square is an Excellent location for tourist sites and walking Distance to Praha hlavni nadrazi, main railway station in Prague. I prefer staying near train stations as you'll find several options for places to eat. Take with you a good pair of walking shoes.

Rainy Day is Prague (Praha), with a weather proof Jacket, still made the best out of the Day. Prague is beautiful and a must stop on any World Traveler. Picture right - The Powder Tower, one of the gates in Old Town, Prague, dating back to the 11th century. Its a Gothic tower.

Prague Astronomical Clock

Prague astronomical clock

The Prague astronomical clock located in the The Old Town Hall of Prague, is the oldest working clock from 1410. The Old Town Hall has an entrance for the Tower next to the Clock, do buy the ticket and go up the tower, once in the day time and once at night for some awesome photos of the Town square. You will need to buy the entrance ticket twice if you do decide to go at night.

Svařák Mulled Wine

Picture Above, street food in the old town, which is Awesome, if you there in the cold months Svarak Mulled Wine is a must try. Mulled means its heated and spiced, I had 2 servings. They also have a roast going.

The beer in Prague, Pilsner Urquell, is pretty awesome.

In the old Town Square there are several people that will approach you and ask if you want a tour, I ignored them. Took a tour van from the Old Town Square, to go to the Prague Castle, You;ll see tour booths at the Square selling tours, they have decent prices and a great way to see the City.

The Van passed the Prague Charles bridge, see the bridge during the day and at night.

If shopping is you thing, then check out Palladium, Palladium is a shopping mall located in the center of Prague. They also have free WiFi, so you could be at the food court or at a starbucks at the mall and be able to go online. The Mall is huge.
