Visit Georgetown Texas

Georgetown  claims to have The Most Beautiful Town Square In Texas, If visiting Austin Texas, its a short drive, about half an hour. From Parks, hike bike trails, Golf Courses, to some awesome dining places, its worth a stop.


Inner Space Cavern: A must see - the Caves in Georgetown,  they are about 40 to 60 feet below ground. The caverns are estimated to be 90–100 million years old as per wikipedia.










Chisholm Trail was used to drive long horn cattle north in Texas to Kansas during late 1800's, Georgetown recreates the  history along its San Gabriel River

Another Georgetown Attraction Fountainwood Observatory at Southwestern University



The night I Went to Fountainwood Observatory, saw Messier 15 or M15 a globular cluster in the constellation Pegasus which is about 30,000 light-years from Earth, pretty amazing telescope.
